La Bistro Italian Restaurant’s house specialties include the chicken La Bistro with portobello mushrooms and shallots in a brandy dill sauce, the veal Jerusalem sautéed with artichoke hearts and fresh garlic and the filet mignon madeira in a luscious wine and mushroom sauce. La Bistro is one of a small handful of restaurants in the DFW area that dry-ages it's beef in-house. We had a company dinner with a party of 7. We had to change our reservation time at the last minute so we could no longer be in the dining room and they completely accommodated us. They seated us in the bar at a round table so it was perfect for conversation. The service was great! The server projected her voice so we could all clearly hear the specials and other things to know about the menu. The food was outstanding as usual. Yes, its pricey but there's a very good reason for that! The food is great!

Outstanding gem in the heart of Colleyville. Quiet, comfortable dining with white table cloth, great service, extensive wine list and many menu items. ….and after the meal, where else can you get your choice of soufflé? (Several flavors) My wife is celiac (no gluten) and accommodations were available on many items, including dessert. We’ll be back on a regular basis.
