So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come. Enjoyed our meal service was good only one complaint my wife's appetizer was fried mozzarella and it was overcooked and the breading tasted burnt but our entree's were delicious will definitely go back

Lunch was delicious. We ordered eggplant rollatini, a pasta dish, omelet and chicken marsala. The best lunch ! Bread and dessert were the best. It always fabulous!

Overall, a good dining experience! The Piede were just so-so. The calamari was a bit lackluster. However, the entrees really shined- very well cooked and seasoned proteins, the bulgur was very tasty and unlike other places, not too oily, and the salad was refreshing with fresh vegetables and zippy dressing. The complementary fresh fruit at the end was a very nice end!

We were in and out in an hour, from apps to dessert. The server was incredibly nice and helpful with recommendations, and the food was all homemade and delicious. I got the penne medici and my husband got the chicken parm but with vodka. The Tiramisu and PannaCotta were perfect - light but flavorful. It was such a pleasant evening. We will be back!
