Shinsei Restaurant - Traditional Sushi / Contemporary Asian KitchenWhen we came up with the concept of Shinsei we wanted a place that reflected our lifestyles: sometimes we went out to dinner with our kids and sometimes with our friends and husbands. We wanted to create a place where a night out with the kids didn’t mean food adults had to suffer through or a night out with the parents didn’t mean a stuffy place where kids had to wear a scratchy clip-on tie. Shinsei is just that: a neighborhood gathering place with date night appeal. But not so unexpected that you won’t be able to decipher the menu or recognize your favorite dish.     Once again, we were absolutely blown away with everything! The tasting menu was absolutely to die for. My boyfriend and I are so happy we did it! Plus the surprise dishes along the way were such an incredible touch to the experience. Thank you Alika, management partners, and team for making this an unforgettable Valentine’s Day experience. This is why Mister Charles is our favorite restaurant in Dallas! We will be back SOON ☺️

    This was one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in we knew the evening was going to be great. The GM Oliver was outstanding and our waiter, Nemo, made our meal extra special. We will definitely go back. Everything was amazing!!

    Our sushi chef, Master Sushi Chef Elvis, served us outstanding sashimi and sushi. We even caught up with our long-time favorite server Tammy, who helped even though not assigned to our section. It was a memorable evening. Thank you. <(–:
