Our visit to Nightingale was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the service and ambiance set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The food was beyond incredible—each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. A special shoutout to our server, Colwyn, who truly made the evening special. He was not only attentive and caring but also incredibly thoughtful with his recommendations. His warm and welcoming demeanor made our first meal in Vancouver a highlight of our trip. Great place for lunch or brunch on a crisp cold day. Warm up after a walk on the seawall or just sit and watch all the activities outside. Great seafood chowder and sushi for lunch. Always exceptional service.

We enjoyed our lunch at Mereon. The escargot quiche was delicious as well as the salad along side. The waitress was charming and helpful in answering our questions. I will return again for another delectable meal.
