We had the Johl Momos (Nepal dumplings)- we chose pork - butter chicken and Chow mein. The cow mein was oir favourite (no it is NOT Chinese chow mein). We asked for medium and it had a kick that we enjoyed. You can get mild or spicier Would be a “recommended to try” from us. We didn’t have the Yak but will next time. Chef said it is like bison but less “gamier” and very lean. Raised on a ranch here in AB We can’t wait to come back again! Hats off to the chef/owner and the staff.
