Service was good; very generous portions. The sauce was okay, a little sweet for my liking. Otherwise the pasta was perfectly cooked. Antipasto was excellent. Cappuccino was lukewarm & weak.

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were very pleased in how we were treated, the food and the atmosphere. We have not been to the Roaring Fork for awhile now as we moved to the far east side of the Valley. We were not disappointed. From the moment we were created by the hostess, to the server in the Bar Area for Happy Hour to our table for dinner we were well treated. I believe our server in the bar was Matt and our table server was Kalyn. Thank you so much for taking care of us and making our anniversary night out enjoyable.

Christos is always great! We enjoy their great veal and alfredo dishes and also their delicious desserts! Service is outstanding and ambience is always just right. They always make us feel very welcome and like we are part of the Christos family - which I love!

Second time here for us. The fajita salad with shrimp and the chicken chimichanga were excellent. Our server was terrific. Although it was a chilly night, we sat outside in their nice courtyard setting with heaters above us.
