Entering the Saloon, a family owned restaurant since it opened in 1967 is a bit like stepping into Philadelphia's past. Dark oak paneling, shiny brass and authentic local antiques create a warm congenial and casual atmosphere. The choice of two comfortable dining rooms each with its own vintage bars make dining and conversation a relaxed and enjoyable experience. This is a place with great food and ambience where you can relax with a decent view. The menu is very broad especially for a higher end restaurant which tend to lean heavily on either sea food or meat . This place a had good options for both . The food was amazing and the staff was just as delightful.

Iron Hill Brewery was a fine dining experience overall. Great efficient and quick service. Food was great we both enjoyed it the soup starters and the baby back ribs. Fantastic selection of draft beers. We will definitely return in the future.

Food was great, our waiter was attentive and we were not rushed. We unknowingly ordered guacamole that was $33 and we were only two people so that was a bit of a sticker shock - and unnecessary because it was way too much. Other than this, good experience.
