The One Barrel standards will allow nothing less than fresh, high-quality offerings, including Colorado ingredients as much as possible. The ambiance is unexpectedly cold and sterile -- not what I would expect from a wine bar. The food selection is limited, but everything I had was delicious. Recommend their happy hour for discounts on drinks and selected appetizers. Highlight was the ahi carpaccio.

Great food. Cool space. Noise level was extreme to the point we had to yell to hear one another. The noise made it uncomfortable and we probably won’t return because of that.
