Clark and Schwenk, friends over the years, discussed starting a place of their own and traded ideas over what the menu would be like. The food was really good and the service excellent! The only issue I had was that the Chicken Piccata is ONLY chicken. Noodles are extra and no capers. It is not what I call traditional chicken piccata. The artichoke and eggplant parmigiana is excellent!!!!

Zafron was a wonderful experience. We had a very early diner reservation so it was quiet and relaxing. The food was excellent and service very good. Every dish was presented well and was delicious. Will definitely return to have another great meal!

I visited for lunch to celebrate 1) St. Cecilia’s feast day in the Catholic Church and 2) the publication of my first book. I noted these in the comments of my reservation and they added “Congratulations” to my paper menu! It was a lovely touch. The server suggested champagne and made a few food recommendations, which were delicious! Great experience!
