Though the original Shires' Gardens burned to the ground, "in a most picturesque fire," the legacy that was left behind is everlasting and an integral part of the Queen City's history. I was very disappointed in the chicken salad that I ordered. The lettuce under the chicken salad was wilted, the croissant that came with it was state, and the fruit on the side, while colorful, was not ripe. This was the first time I was disappointed in The Greyhound! Perhaps it was because it was the day after Christmas??

Another fabulous meal at Jeff Ruby's. We always go for the holiday lunch and this year was as wonderful as ever. The decor, the food, and the service make it a nice way to enjoy the holidays! Umit and Alex were spot on with the service.

There is nothing on this menu that is not amazing. Starting with wine & bourbon lists, Then the appetizers. The charcuterie boards are varied and filled with different, unique tastes. Soups and salads are delicious. Weather its the Filet or the seafood or the burger and fires, you cannot go wrong..............and don't forget the housemade desserts. YUM!
