And their singer, Andrew, was fantastic. I ordered the smoked salmon avocado toast which was both delicious and beautiful. An off-menu order of a couple of egg whites was easily accepted. Strangely, the egg whites were absolutely delicious! I stay "strangely" because how can egg whites be great? But they were! Do yourself a favor and go to Apropos for any meal or just a drink or dessert. The 6-course tasting menu was beautifully balanced and creative, with generous portions and gorgeous presentation. We added on 6 oysters and the filet, which was amazing.
