Food was excellent! Great location with room to breathe and good parking. Our sever Yania disappeared after first hour. She never came back to check on us throughout our meal. We had to flag her down each time. She also wanted our party of eight to order all of our apps entrees and sides at once. when we insisted to start with apps first she was visibly not happy about it. It’s odd since I’ve been to the lovers one location and we never were asked to order all at once so it’s easier on the kitchen. Feels like that is an operational motion the restaurant needs to handle and not the customers. That really dampened our otherwise positive food and service experience.

The ambiance, with white tablecloths and beautiful place settings, including wine glasses, adds an immediate invitation to a very classy dining experience. The wait staff is attentive and very intent on serving with both a smile and professionalism. The family style menu offers selections conducive to a wide variety of pallets. It is both tasty and plentiful for a very reasonable price. The cheese cake and tiramisu and lemon cookies are so delicious you forget you are full when you try a spoonful, and end up eating the whole thing! At Maggiano’s, you are never made feel rushed, just welcome. The manager heard we were a family of 12, celebrating my husband’s 75th birthday, and personalized our occasion with complimentary champagne for the adults and lemonade father five children, served to each in a small crystal champagne glass and from a silver platter, accompanied with a dessert with a lit candle and written across the top of the plate was “Happy 75th Birthday!” With that, we were led into song. If you need a banquet room, book early. I was a little late for that, but what a great celebration they provided us in the main dining room with my reservation made 4 days ahead of December 14th, at this very busy time of the Christmas holiday season. Maggiano’s has never disappointed us and we have been celebrating special milestone events there for many decades. Enjoy your Maggiano dining experience, soon! You will wish you had done so SOONER! An outstanding experience of exemplary service, attention to detail and immaculately prepared food. The manager on duty ensured that we had an excellent, memorable experience in celebrating my wife’s 50th birthday, and it was a night she will never forget. This was our first visit to Morton’s and we will definitely itself be returning soon and recommending to all of our family, friends and associates.

This is THE RESTAURANT that in my lifetime, and I won’t divulge my age but I voted for Reagan on my first time… This establishment has and IS solid and stylish as any top Parisian restaurant. Beautiful people, roses on the table, excellent cocktails and spot on food. A must for Dallas
