I used my landline phone number when I made the reservation. Our reservation time came and went and it was so noisy inside even if they had called out my name, I would not have been able to hear it.. I finally go up and ask how much longer and was told they had already "called" me.. They need a better system of paging people to come to the hostess podium when their tables are ready. Plus the crowd around the Hostess podium would have been dangerous if there had been an emergency.
