The ambience was beautiful and elegant - Such a fun experience. The service was amazing and the food was terrific! A very nice experience.

Amazing food, ambience and service. Love the dim lights and relaxing live music. We sat by the fireplace that gave an amazing view of the whole room. The vibes are really cozy. Combine that with the amazing food we had as part of the Chef’s tasting menu, and you have got yourself an addictive combination.

I took my family to Astor Lounge for the High Tea. The aesthetic of the lounge is very nice. We were seated near a window and it was quite drafty, so they had some sort of space heater which blew out dry hot air, so that took away from the ambience a bit. The hostess was pleasant, but I wouldn't say she was proficient at explaining the high tea to us and we had to clarify how it worked. She also didn't seem particularly knowledgeable about the tea or the pastries/desserts. The tea and the food were great, however. Overall, I wouldn't say its an amazing value at $95 per person, but for the experience, it's reasonable for at least a one-time thing.

First time doing this, and the experience was phenomenal. I am not a tea person, but I enjoyed the opportunity to chat with my family while enjoying soft music and good food. I would recommend asking guests if it's the first time, for I had no idea I had to dilute the last part of my tea hehe. Great environment, great snowy day with a cozy view.
