As you step inside you’ll be transported by the Santorini aesthetic where fresh ingredients hit your senses and human interaction is a refreshing priority. Kyma’s airy, whitewashed wood design balanced by European stucco, evoke the stylized spirit of the Greek Islands. Generous seating at long white wooden tables are lined with plush, white canvas cushions. We do have a DJ for your entertainment on Thursdays in the main room and on Fridays and Saturdays DJ starts at 8 PM. Nothing else in New York quite matches the atmosphere of La Caverna. Cavern isn’t just part of the name – it is the décor as well! You’ll get the instant impression that you are deep in a cave far below the earth’s crust, but with none of the dankness you might find in a real cave. The menu is relatively short but sufficient for a bar atmosphere. If you’re putting together a party and looking for somewhere unique, La Caverna should be at the top of your list. With wings, croquettes, salads, lamb sliders, calamari, mac n’ cheese, grilled chicken, grilled cheese and a burger, there are plenty of munchie items to keep the party going. The cocktail list has something for everyone to make the night fun at La Caverna.

    Outstanding dining experience shared with out of town family who were guests for the holiday season. The River Cafe did not disappoint. The menu offered a dazzling array of options for each course and given the large selection, we were a bit concerned about their ability to deliver… we were extremely happy and quite frankly blown away by each course. The food was of the best quality, presented beautifully and tasted absolutely DELICIOUS. Our only disappointment was the water service - it seems so silly but we had to ask NUMEROUS times for water and wait and wait for our glasses to be refilled. This seems like a minor detail but a major annoyance that can be readily corrected. One other troubling detail that surprised us was the lack of toilet tissue in the Ladies Room- it appeared that no staff attended to the bathroom during our three hour meal. We raise these two points in support of The River Cafe’s commitment to excellence. A warm thanks to the Chef and their team for a wonderful meal and lovey dining experience.

    I booked of the teardrop igloos. It was an amazing experience. The menu was small but there waygu beef sliders were delicious and I love how we were able to make our own Smores. Highly recommend this place. The views were stunning

    Great vibe, attentive and knowledgeable servers, and most of all, the food was absolutely delicious! We had a great variety of dishes, and every single one was fabulous! We'll definitely go back when in NYC again in 2025.

    Pappas immediately got a star because I was running 45 mins late but my friend got there on time and so Pappas decided to seat her so she can pre game until I got there - thank you because that place IS CROWDED ! The wait, the people that walk in …. Its CRAZY . The food was DELICIOUS. The fish was flaky, tasty . I would totally go back
