The word Quay is actually defined: A wharf formed towards the sea or at the side of a harbour for convenience of loading or unloading goods.You will notice our dining room walls adorned with Murals of Architecture from the area of Sullivan’s Quay around the 19th century, when Jack Sullivan, whom the area is named after, patrolled the streets selling beer and wine to the local saloonkeepers. Rare 650 is our GO TO restaurant for all family celebrations, and our latest visit was the BEST MEAL we've had here so far. Absolutely impeccable service lead by CLIFF DRAGONETTI and his amazing team were incredibly accommodating to our party of 7. They have really mastered the art of hospitality. Thank you Cliff, Tara, and Team for a wonderful meal and memorable experience.

Service was great! Very friendly atmosphere. Food was great! We ordered nachos for apps, flavors were spot on. For entree we had the chicken enchiladas, that was good, too! All in all, was great food and service! Will definitely be back.
