Come dine with Michelin Guide awarded Chef Guillaume Robin at the Fabulous Wave Hotel. Influenced by the many flavors of Central and South America, and centered around a dramatic open theater kitchen, BACÁN is elevated yet approachable, innovative, and just a little bit unexpected.To ensure the most sophisticated experience, we politely request all guests be respectful in their choice of attire while adhering to the following guidelines. For gentlemen we consider tank tops, sleeveless shirts, ripped jeans and flip flops too casual for our restaurant. Ladies are encouraged to wear dresses and skirts, casual dress pants, or jeans (no rips) with a stylish top. All guests should refrain from wearing ball caps, team athletic wear or clothing with offensive language. Open daily at 11:30am.Please Park on the 3rd level of the parking garage if possible.Please note on Fridays and Saturdays and during peak season, reservations after 6:30pm are priority seating not a reservation. What this means is, as soon as your entire party is present, you will be moved onto our seating list and as soon as a table opens for your group, you will be sat. The District GastroBar has an innovative design that starts in the restaurant's entrance, a well ­curated modern speak easy with a nostalgic vintage ambiance and an eclectic array of "one ­off" pieces of Prohibition and 1940 era inspired artwork.
