We are a 21+ restaurant and bar. Founded in 2018 by Joel and Matthew and purchased in late 2022 by Becky and Jon, the vision remains the same: Old English pub vibes, high quality food. We loved The Shambles from the minute we walked in and now we continue the heritage of what was created before us. On the food side: high quality steaks, cut in house. Cooks who have the freedom to create seasonal dishes ranging from foraged mushrooms to house made sausages. To go with your meal, we offer skillfully made, non-fussy cocktails, carefully selected wines, a plethora of beers, sours, and ciders on tap and a a robust non alcoholic selection. We top it all off with warm and knowledgeable service. At the Shambles, you can join us for a lovely date night, get together with friends OR choose to sit at the bar and get an ear full of cheesy jokes and unfiltered chatter We are serious about our service from top to bottom and we can’t wait to serve you!

Locally sourced & seasonal gastropub fare in Seattle's iconic shrine to beer. This family friendly pub features hand-formed burgers, unique pizzas, fresh salads and Dungeness crab chowder, all carefully prepared and reflective of Northwest tastes. Your friendly and knowledgeable server can recommend Pike Brewing beers, locally made wines, ciders and spirits or soft drinks to pair with your meal. Everything the four of us ordered was beautiful and delicious! I had steak tartare, which is hard to find in this town, and was the perfect combination of egg, arugula pesto, and mustard, served with lovely, toasted baguette slices. My partner had miso cod with asparagus -- my, oh my! He let me have a bite, and it was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Don't get me started on the desserts. We shared bread pudding and cheesecake -- both lovely. The bartender made me a lovely Perfect Manhattan. Only disappointment was that there weren't as many beers on tap as usual, but what they had was satisfying. Love this place and the wonderful staff!

We had a great experience for lunch with very delicious foods from a classic burger to chicken paillard to steelhead with fresh salads with homemade leek soup. Excellent service and we will return soon!

Overall the dining experience was excellent. Our table was upstairs, and it was a little dark even to read the menu. Previously, we’ve always had a table downstairs. Our guests enjoyed the pizza and the Salumi Misto appetizer. Fabulous pizza!
