At Centennial, our passion is craft beer and our focus is simple: to celebrate craft beer. Beer can bring people together on a common ground and has the ability to create a community. Beer can elevate food. Beer is culture. We feature 56 taps with a selection of 36 rotating craft beers. In addition to our taps, we feature a high volume of beers available in bottles and cans, as well as a curated selection of craft spirits and wines. ---The Berghoff Restaurant is a Chicago landmark, serving German-style cuisine and culture since 1898. One of the oldest family-run businesses in the nation, now run by the fourth generation, Pete Berghoff. Today's Berghoff menus have evolved to add newer, lighter, and more contemporary dishes, but it's still the same old Berghoff, down to the famous root beer. In December 2018, the Berghoff family opened Adams Street Brewery, aptly named after the street they have called home for over a century, to nod to their brewing roots and commemorate the restaurant's 120th anniversary.

    We had eaten dinner at The Publican many times, but this was our first time having brunch. We shared sweet and savory dishes including the waffle, the shrimp and grits, and chicken schnitzel. All were delicious! A side of PBQ breakfast sausage was tasty, too. I highly recommend checking out this spot for brunch.

    As soon as we arrived the hostess made a point to tell us there was a 2 hour limit to the table and if we weren’t finished and they needed the table we would have to move . This was news to us as open table makes No mention of this at all. Apparently guiesss management is addressing this with open table. Also if you’ve already gone to the Guinness brewery in Dublin please be aware this is nothing like that. The beef stew served with au jus broth instead of a hearty beef gravy as usual. Salads and burgers were good. Fried cheese curds amazing ! Service was outstanding
