Our food was delicious! We’ve been coming to the Hyatt for the last 3 yrs with our family over Thanksgiving. The food and service at Barrel and Bushel are excellent!!

Very much enjoyed our unconventional Thanksgiving dinner at Et Voila. Country pate, mushroom soup, beet salad: all delicious. Mains also good, especially the Carbonnade and skirt steak. Desserts outdid themselves: a layered pumpkin tart and "Alex" mousse cake. Our waiter was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Service was almost too fast: they were clearly trying to move through a big crowd on Thanksgiving day and courses came promptly. They also had a lot of staff to whisk away plates as soon as we were finished. It's a small restaurant and can feel crowded even without a crowd. But we'll definitely be back for the food and service.
