We are a 21+ restaurant and bar. Founded in 2018 by Joel and Matthew and purchased in late 2022 by Becky and Jon, the vision remains the same: Old English pub vibes, high quality food. We loved The Shambles from the minute we walked in and now we continue the heritage of what was created before us. On the food side: high quality steaks, cut in house. Cooks who have the freedom to create seasonal dishes ranging from foraged mushrooms to house made sausages.     Everything the four of us ordered was beautiful and delicious! I had steak tartare, which is hard to find in this town, and was the perfect combination of egg, arugula pesto, and mustard, served with lovely, toasted baguette slices. My partner had miso cod with asparagus -- my, oh my! He let me have a bite, and it was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Don't get me started on the desserts. We shared bread pudding and cheesecake -- both lovely. The bartender made me a lovely Perfect Manhattan. Only disappointment was that there weren't as many beers on tap as usual, but what they had was satisfying. Love this place and the wonderful staff!

    We’ve been here just twice for brunch and it was delicious. The tempura bacon is especially amazing as is the bottomless mimosa. Yummy!

    We had a great experience for lunch with very delicious foods from a classic burger to chicken paillard to steelhead with fresh salads with homemade leek soup. Excellent service and we will return soon!

    Very tasty food and friendly staff! Not a lot of choices on the menu but the food was flavorful. Much noisier this time than than I remembered from a couple years ago. Lots of families with small children. It was a happy atmosphere.
