Boiler House at Pearl is a true Texas original. Situated in the historic Pearl Brewery complex on the San Antonio River Walk, this wine-centric restaurant occupies the former “boiler house” which powered the adjacent brewery. Lead by Executive Chef Alberto "Beto" Gutierrez, the menu focuses on grilled items from local farms and markets, with a focus on “Texas ranch-style” cuisine. These delicacies are paired with extraordinary wines from around the world (available by the glass, bottle and “to-go”), full bar, live music and a casual yet energetic atmosphere.     Went for Valentine’s Day with a curated menu. Food was great. Unique flavors. Food was very fresh, appreciated the paired wine flight flavors. Service was very attentive. Did feel a little rushed, food came very nice quick, it was a busy night, but we went early. 2 tabletop was small for all of the courses and wine flight, would have liked a little more space and for entrees to be spaced out a little more. Would go back. Shrimp cocktail was great, enjoyed the frijoles dip, tres leches was very good!

    Fire of all, our waiter David made our anniversary dinner an amazing experience!! Very good job by him!! He helped us with suggestions and also helped us get into the rooftop bar Ten Fold. The food and service was amazing will definitely be returning!!

    Beautiful view of the river and nice live country music at the Saturday night live fire dinner show. Food just kept coming out😊 and everything was delivered hot and fresh including the corn, macaroni and potatoes and even chocolate cake and ice cream for dessert. I had the steak 🥩 and it was cooked perfectly as i ordered it. My girl had the red snapper with mango salsa and she loved it
