Walking up the front steps you hear the creak of the original floor boards, and as you enter through the large Colonial doors you may find yourself twisting the old fashioned hand crank doorbell. This was our first time at this restaurant. The food and service was excellent! The tuna was the best I ever had, and the swordfish special was delicious. We never felt rushed, and all enjoyed our meals. Albi was our server. He was terrific. We will be back!

We had a wonder first time at tap and bitter. It was a quiet Sunday but the staff checked in on us throughout our dinner. We always had water and didn’t feel rushed and they gave us time in between courses to relax and enjoy each other company
