Bar Red is located just east of Colfax and Glenarm, two blocks from the Colorado Convention Center and directly across Colfax from the Golden Triangle. Bar Red offers Authentic Italian cuisine. Happy hour from 4pm-7pm and dinner from 5pm to close. The menu was prepared by Chef Luke McCoy. Chef Luke is classically trained in French and Italian Cuisine. Chef Luke's signature Seared Salmon Risotto is famous amongst regulars. All of Chef Luke's dishes are meticulously prepared with fresh scratch ingredients ...and his house-made Desserts are to die for. A spectacular holiday celebration! The treats are absolutely delicious. Brown Palace offer gluten-free and dairy free treats that are just as good as the regular ones. Service is top-notch! Everyone helps serve every table, have such sweet and helpful attitudes and bring everything to the table with the brightest smiles. Frankly attending the tea service is worth just spending time with the servers.
