We went for the Christmas buffet. When we walked in, we were a bit disappointed at the amount of food available. But we quickly realized, they were actually cooking and bringing out limited quantities at a time so the food was always hot, fresh and never had a chance to be overly done by sitting out at the buffet too long. The filet was the best I've ever had. The salmon was spectacular. And I loved the sweet potato pie for dessert. Overall a fantastic meal!

We were fortunate to have the sommelier assist us in selecting an exquisite bottle of Pinot Noir that perfectly complemented our dinner. The food was simply delicious, showcasing the high standards Mastro's is known for. The ambience was elegant and sophisticated, truly reflecting the affluent atmosphere of Houston. I highly recommend Mastro’s Steakhouse for anyone looking for a remarkable dining experience. It’s the perfect place to celebrate special occasions or simply enjoy a fantastic meal with loved ones. We had our Annual Family Christmas Dinner at LA Colonial after a show downtown. The food was amazing - great menu, great wine/cocktail menu and the service was very good. The restaurant is very beautiful- it was a busy evening and I'm hoping to go back at a less busy time to really enjoy the ambiance. Our family loved the experience!
