We had a late dinner here, the food and service was excellent! Our server Destiny was a delight! I highly recommend the all of the cold appetizers, delicious!

As phenomenal as the ambiance and view were at the Foundation Room, the food was equally amazing! Our reservation secured the table on the 63rd floor of the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino with views overlooking the Las Vegas Strip and executive airport. We ordered the wagyu NY strip, Mac and cheese. It was a succulent cut seared to perfection. We celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday while in town for the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix. The ambiance at Foundation Room was elegant, but inviting. The staff was attentive and made the overall dining experience delightful!
