Drawing inspiration from its Austrian namesake, Executive Chef Senthil deftly marries the plentiful bounty of local Park City pastures with Bavarian specialties to create delectable modern alpine cuisine. I love the ambience of the Blue Boar Inn. We have now been there twice. When I went there the first time, I knew I needed to bring my friend. The second time we went was just as lovely. Highly recommend if you love that Bed N Breakfast Inn feel.

We came to celebrate a birthday and the table was set with special fanfare. Everyone who waited on us asked about the birthday. They accommodated our change from 4 guests to 6. Of special note was the person who cleared away our courses super quickly. Our server was also wonderful and gave us extra special birthday service. Steaks were outstanding and fish dishes were excellent. Drinks were on point and sorbet was a perfect end to the night.

We have dined here several times. The food is fantastic, many choices on the menu, excellent service from Phoenix at the front desk to the servers and bus staff. The atmosphere is beautiful, fun and our favorite place in Park City!

Best food in the area by far and I cannot wait to go back. The service was impeccable and the food on point. I only wish I saved room for dessert.
