I am from North Carolina and the kitchen was very accommodating with my request to add Cheese Curds as a topper for my steak. The staff said it was the most Wisconsin meal they had ever served. I had the pizza of the month and wished I would’ve ordered the larger size to have leftovers. The staff were engaging and thoughtful.
