PISTACHE is a Parisian-style French bistro with a Mediterranean twist. It serves simple, delicious meals made with fresh, local and imported products. It seats 180 people and is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.Prices are moderate and the recipes nutritionally healthy. Service is casual and efficient. The atmosphere is upbeat with a definite European flair. The interior is reminiscent of the Art Nouveau, which defined most brasseries and bistros opened in 1920"s Paris. From the moment we arrived with the valet attendee , to the outstanding woman who worked the front desk at the galley , she was wonderful and had such A great attitude , That my wife I offered her a holiday cocktail but due to her working she had to decline , which it is totally understandable!. Our sever was amazing ! The food was delicious and ambieance was perfect for our Christmas dinner . Will come back again soon ! Thank you for making a memorable Christmas as dinner !

We love Pistache and always visit during the holidays — abs always asking ourselves why we don’t dine there more often. Foodie Wife is picky about what she orders out and between the delicious steaks and salads she’s always happy. And they have 1664 (Kronenbourg) on tap. Can’t be that!

The food, atmosphere and service are always outstanding! The combination of the eggplant Parmesan appetizer and the Alfredo were pure heaven! We did not get the name of the gentleman in the coat who assisted us, but his professional, kind and outgoing personality made our visit outstanding!
