Shokudo is an Asian Bistro restaurant celebrating our 11th year anniversary with a special discounted menu until August 31st, 2023, brought to you by the people behind South Beach’s long-standing favorite Toni's Sushi Bar of South Beach and the hit ramen restaurant, Shimuja, located in Davie. Translated from Japanese as "the path to good food," Shokudo specializes in providing a broad range of comfort food favorites from across Asia such as Sushi, Ramen, Kalbi, Pho, and an array of other cross-cultural dishes. With over 25 years of experience in Miami, Shokudo brings the best of Asian cuisine to the Buena Vista neighborhood, located just steps from Miami’s Design District. The restaurant boasts an open kitchen; a modern, bright interior design; a serene outdoor covered patio; and a full bar. We are currently open for indoor/outdoor dining, takeout and delivery seven days a week from 5 to 10:30p.m. Be sure to visit us during Happy Hour, offered daily from 5 to 7:00p.m

Located a block from the water in Downtown’s Met Square complex, the two-story restaurant will have ample space for diners to indulge in all of the restaurant's iconic menu items, spearheaded by one of the most talented chefs. The 16,736 square foot space includes a ground-floor patio and second-floor dining terrace, as well as a beautiful interior dining room.     I loved the ambience the food the service everything was perfect. We went to Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant in Thailand and it was amazing when we came back to the United States. We had to go and visit House kitchen 10 out of 10.

    The absolute best experience of my life .. they made it such an experience the food, the decor, the atmosphere, the ambiance just everything was perfect the scenery was immaculate. The host, the chefs, the manager everything down to the bus boys it was amazing. I will definitely be back!

    The food was delicious, so long as you can tolerate spicy. I loved the Tom soup, orange chicken and sushi. One of our guests doesn’t like spice and the server struggled with making suggestions. I found everything was very light with spice tbh, only the soup had a really strong kick, but it was so delicious.

    L'Atelier's Valentine's menu was superb. Foie gras royale and Maury emulsion started strong. Tuna with crispy leeks and optional caviar was excellent. Mushroom ravioli with truffle was divine. Scallop with lemongrass was perfectly cooked. Filet mignon with rosemary sweet potato and optional foie gras was rich and flavorful. Strawberry rose dessert was a sweet ending. Wine pairings were thoughtfully chosen. Highly recommended.
