Great vibe, from the music selection to the energy and attentiveness of the staff, Stellina is not to be missed. All that said… the food stole the show! Not showy or over the top… quality ingredients, well presented with the perfect blend of flavors.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a dining adventure that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and an atmosphere that felt both inviting and elegant. The menu was a delightful journey of flavors, thoughtfully curated to cater to a wide range of tastes. Each dish that arrived at the table was a masterpiece—not just in presentation, but in taste as well. The balance of flavors, the freshness of the ingredients, and the evident care that went into every detail made each bite unforgettable. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the impeccable service. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely passionate about creating a memorable experience. Firegrill St-Laurent: A Mixed Experience - 3.9/5 At first glance, Firegrill St-Laurent makes a fantastic impression. The restaurant is stunning, with a beautifully designed space that exudes warmth and sophistication. The staff is equally impressive—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely fun to interact with. They made us laugh and were incredibly helpful throughout the evening. The presentation of the food was equally appealing, and it’s clear that attention to detail is a priority. However, the experience faltered when it came to execution. I ordered the Filet Mignon blue, but it arrived more cooked than I had requested, missing the mark on this delicate preparation. I also opted for a lobster tail, but unfortunately, it was served undercooked. When I sent it back, I was disappointed that the same tail was simply refired rather than replaced—a surprising choice, given the $26 price tag. To add to the frustration, it came back overcooked. That said, I don’t suspect these issues are a regular occurrence. It’s possible that their top chefs weren’t in the kitchen on December 26th—a busy time of year where inconsistencies can sometimes happen. Everything else we ordered was well-prepared and enjoyable, and the ambiance made the evening pleasant. With some improvements in food preparation, Firegrill has the potential to be exceptional. For now, it’s a good spot with some room to grow.
