Palace Kitchen offers an open kitchen concept to allow guests to watch the chefs at work. Settle in for dinner at one of the booths or our horseshoe shaped bar with low, intimate lighting and enjoy fresh, seasonal food that is served late into the night. Diners at Palace Kitchen love the whole trout, rotisserie chicken and burger royale that are grilled over the apple wood grill in house.Palace Kitchen offers late night dining with a full menu until 12:00am and bar until 1:00am. Our King Boletus Parlor and Chanterelle Rooms offer private dining for groups of up to either 16 guests or up to 20 guests.

Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside. Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine.     Breakfast Saturday morning with friends was excellent. Service was very good, food was excellent. We could easily chat. Would definitely come back and would like to try dinner. Made a reservation day before and only 2 spots left so keep that in mind.

    We love Harvest Beat! Incredibly creative and tasty vegan dishes that are made with gratitude for the land and farmers who produce the ingredients. Everything is completely natural and again, tastes so good. Both the wine and non-alcoholic pairings match perfectly with each course.

    We planned a large team dinner at Revel with a set menu and it was incredible! The food was plentiful, they bent over backwards to ensure everyone's dietary needs were met (vegetarian, gluten free, no pork - we weren't a simple bunch), and everything was delicious and so plentiful, we were all beyond stuffed. Highly recommended for a large group - outstanding.
