Strange Delight finds its influence in New Orleans and is also inspired by the rich history of oysters in New York. Our menu consists of regional seafood prepared in a variety of styles: Charbroiled Oysters and Shrimp Remoulade share the stage with classic seafood towers and Oysters Rockefeller. Il Colosseo is an Italian restaurant that is a local favorite. The dining room here is small and intimate, which adds to the homey atmosphere the eatery provides. Service was excellent and very personal. They really took care of our table at all times even changing us to a more preferred area which was nice and quiet. Nice choice of wines as well. Very delicious vegetarian options. Solid pick in NY.

Perfect kind of fine dining experience - upscale, not uptight, incredible food, and really impeccable service. It is going to be hard to eat anywhere else for the next several months. We went to celebrate a birthday and engagement anniversary, and they made it very special and very aware that they knew and cared about it !

The service was attentive, though we were the only ones in there for the first 10 minutes of our visit but even as it got busier the service was still good! The food came quickly and was delicious. We both had pizza which was cooked to perfection.
