Offering a 4 course tasting menu in the front dining room and a 7 course tasting menu in the communal chefs kitchen table. Service is provided entirely by the Rojas Family. The family will prepare the food from scratch, explain it and serve it. The menu showcases dishes of Michoacan, Mexico featuring both traditional and international ingredients, flair and flavors. Experience brought to you by chef Regino Rojas, multi time nominated chef for James Beard Award and numerous accolades all together. Purepecha was named Best Tasting Menu by D Magazine August 2024 issue, named Best Restaurant by D magazine December 2023 issue. Please contact us directly for groups up to 14 people. Unable to accommodate to vegan, vegetarian or pescatarian, these requests will not be accepted.No shows and cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will be charged a $120-$180 cancellation fee per person.     The Valentine special menu 5-course dinner was superb in every way. Each course was beautifully plated, professionally served, and provided a wonderful mix of flavors. We enjoyed it from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Dining here made us want to visit New Zealand for more fantastic food!

    Going to Salum is like going to a friend’s house for lunch, and your friend is a great cook. The staff are always welcoming, the owner stops by the table, the food is always excellent and menu is frequently updated. Salum is one of my go to lunch places.

    Imagine if you were invited to a close friend’s home on a cold saturday night after a rough week.
