At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza. Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt. Our dough is gently mixed using a 28 year old “lieveto madre” (natural yeast culture) then with intense heat is baked in our wood burning il forno. At Bivio all of our dishes are made with the freshest and highest quality ingredients.

Ah'pizz is a pizza restaurant offering authentic Neapolitan pizza. Many people know a Neapolitan-style pizza when they see one, but don't know what gives its distinctive look and taste. Ah'pizz is more than happy to educate its guests, ensuring diners know exactly why this pizza tastes so good. First, Ah'pizz' red sauce is made with San Marzano tomatoes that have been harvested from the volcanic plains surrounding Mt. Vesuvius. Roberto Paciullo’s hometown of Salerno is transported to the streets of Manhattan. Zero Otto Nove is the second outpost of his famous restaurants from Arthur Ave. in the Bronx. Toloache is one of my all time favorite restaurants. I always have a wonderful time when I go — it’s my go-to spot when I’m going into Manhattan to spend time in the theater district. As always, the service was wonderful — the hostess was incredibly kind, as my friend got stuck at a work engagement, the staff was flexible, the bar tenders were warm, and our waiter was lovely! I will always make time to go to Toloache and enjoy every moment!

We used to regularly go here for its proximity to a theater venue we prefer. We've not been back for a couple of years due to living abroad. Nothing has changed. The service and food are excellent. We were surprised to learn our server was new. She was a total pro, keeping standards we grew to respect over that last 10 years high.
