Pa’La means “for-the…” and it is forged in a passion to deliver food and wine that is inherently approachable and human to our community of people. Drawing from coastal cultures of the Mediterranean and South America, ingredients are sourced locally with wild caught seafood, organic grains, and vegetables. We created a wine program that complements the seasonality of our menu.Focusing on organic, sustainably farmed, and high-quality products; curating a list of 300 labels, most accessible to all, and representing 15 countries, from the coastal Mediterranean, Europe, to the American continent. Our draft beers are exclusively selected from local hand crafted breweries. It is Pa’ La’s commitment to bring a unique and unforgettable experience to the people of Phoenix and beyond.

We invite our community to participate in a time-honored tradition. In our cooking we use fire, smoke, coals, and embers to create dishes that reflect the seafood, grains, and vegetable-driven coastal cultures of the Mediterranean, Japan and South America. We are committed to strong relationships with a few select organic farmers and artisans practicing responsible agriculture and production.Because we source ingredients at their peak, our menu is continually changing. Each day we cook dishes determined by the best materials available.

    Wow. You can learn a lot about a chef by basic things like biscuits and chicken. These are to die for here. One of our best meals in Phoenix. Lots of pride in the details

    We had an amazing experience with JP! he made sure to take care of us from start to finish. The Flint is a great place to go for special occasions or just a nice night out. Will definitely be going back again for another amazing experience!

    Another excellent dinner at The Genuine! We enjoyed outstanding cocktails crafted by Andrew-a Martini for me and the Blood Orange Paper Plane for my wife. We split the calamari, a delicious cheeseburger and a pizza with a couple of slices to go. The servers were lovely and attentive and made us feel very welcome. Jessica, the GM, spent some time chatting with us and she is an absolute pleasure to engage with. Whether you sit at the bar, or at a table, you will have an outstanding time. We’re going back for brunch next weekend. Go!
