Altesi Downtown is outpost of Altesi Madison, his Upper East Side townhouse restaurant. Pappas was so fun! I do wish we went on a Friday when there are dancers, but the music was fun and we loved the playlist. The atmosphere, food and service were all excellent and we can't wait to go back!

Toloache is one of my all time favorite restaurants. I always have a wonderful time when I go — it’s my go-to spot when I’m going into Manhattan to spend time in the theater district. As always, the service was wonderful — the hostess was incredibly kind, as my friend got stuck at a work engagement, the staff was flexible, the bar tenders were warm, and our waiter was lovely! I will always make time to go to Toloache and enjoy every moment!

We used to regularly go here for its proximity to a theater venue we prefer. We've not been back for a couple of years due to living abroad. Nothing has changed. The service and food are excellent. We were surprised to learn our server was new. She was a total pro, keeping standards we grew to respect over that last 10 years high.
