Humo [oo-moh], is a modern firehouse situated in the heart of Watford, serving Spanish inspired meat, seafood, fish, and seasonal vegetables cooked in a charcoal and wood oven. Booth seating offers privacy and elbow room. Skylight conservatory back half is light and bright. Free deep fried egg rolls with lunch bowls and drink ( including wine or beer) set lunch was good value. However, I specified no spring onions and got some.
