Service was great and the food was delicious! We arrived early for our reservation and they accommodated us no problem. The restaurant was about half full but was very loud.

Good place, really fun. Calamari was very basic. Pasta was outstanding. Had the rigatoni and the ravioli. Cocktails were also great. Definitely going back.

Good place to go before or after theatre because it’s close. Bustling energy. Food is good, not great don’t expect fine dining. I ordered a dirty vodka martini - strangest one I’ve ever had anywhere not sure what was in it. lol Will go back only because of ambiance and service and perhaps just order a pizza , no martini

First, very slow service. We waited almost an hour between appetizers and main course. The worst pizza. I ordered with black truffle. There was no taste of truffle. Pizza was soggy. Cold. Not easy to chew. One of us had a negroni cocktail. He said it was like cough syrup. Terrible experience. The only thing that was good was the server. He was kind and did his best. We later learnt ownership had changed and most of the kitchen staff too.

We had a very disappointing experience at Figo. Party of 2 booked a 5 pm reservation before our 6:30 pm TIFF showing. During the hour and a half we were there we were served one drink and our appetizer, which only came out after an hour and we followed up. By 6:20 pm the pastas we had ordered at 5:10 pm were nowhere in sight while all the tables around us that had arrived after us already had their food. When we finally had to call it and leave without dinner, the staff did not handle it well: the comment was made that he didn’t know we had to be out at a certain time. However, the reservation policy itself says a maximum time of an hour and a half, so it should have been plenty of time based on normal dining standards. The restaurant still charged us for our drinks: so all in all we paid nearly $60 to sit at a table and watch other people eat. If the staff had owned the mistake, comped the whole bill and apologized we would give it another chance but under the circumstances we will absolutely not be returning.

Figo made for a beautiful & memorable dining experience after a Mirvish matinee. Our meals were uniquely flavourful an the waitstaff most definitely first class.

Service was excellent! Dinner was meh. The salmon had to be returned twice as it was raw on the inside. It should be noted that they tried to make up for it. Expensive for the value.

Pasta was very oily. Sat us at the very back next to the entrance to the washroom and the kitchen even though the restaurants was 1/2 full. Service was good.
