   The service exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciated how well we were accommodated for our reservation. The staff went out of their way to be kind and make our anniversary special. The ambiance and customer service were the highlights of our experience. The food was okay but I do look forward to trying other menu options in the future if I decide to go back.

   We celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday at Firefly, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the host, waitress, and staff made her feel so special with warm greetings and acknowledgments. We were thrilled to get the cabana as requested—it truly made the night feel magical. The food was incredible! From the tuna tartare, meatballs, steak, lamb shank, and burger, to the roasted elephant (which was fire!), every dish was cooked to perfection. The entrance was discreet and charming, setting the tone for the beautiful ambiance inside. A special shoutout to Michelle, our server—she was amazing and super attentive throughout the evening. Everything was flawless, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. Highly recommend!

   Overall, this was a good experience! The ambiance was nice for a special occasion, but be mindful of what seems like a secondary, overflow room, which is where we were seated. For my wife’s birthday, we requested a table near the fireplace, but our request was not honored. Our server provided excellent service, but other staff members were not as friendly. I had requested a special dessert ahead of time to celebrate my wife’s birthday, but this request was also not honored. Instead, the server simply brought us the dessert menu. Seems like a breakdown in communication. The area was cold, as they were struggling with empty gas tanks. The cocktails were good, but their presentation was underwhelming. The food was good, and the total cost came to almost $300 for two people. The most frustrating part of our experience was the rush to place our order. For a special occasion, you want to enjoy, savor, and relax. We placed our appetizer order, and the server, though somewhat pushy, advised us that the kitchen was busy and suggested we order everything at once. He assured us he would time it so that the food didn’t all come out together. However, as I feared, just five minutes after receiving our appetizers, our entrées arrived. By the time I finished my appetizer, my entrée was already cold. Courses should be properly spaced to allow guests to enjoy each dish at the right temperature and without feeling rushed. If the restaurant was genuinely concerned about kitchen delays, they should have communicated better and given us the option to wait, rather than pushing everything out at once. This is a very cute place with potential, but there are opportunities to fine-tune the service. They could improve cocktail presentation beyond just an orange peel, be more attentive to special requests, and ensure that a $300 dinner for two comes with either the special requests or at least alternative offerings.

   Love it there!!!!! Didn’t want to leave. Had dinner, a beautiful birthday celebration and then drinks in the library. A favorite!

   It was good for the exception of a mixup with our server that left our party feeling a little weird. However, after that it was smooth sailing. The new server was fantastic and the ambience was amazing. Just as a tip - if a person in a party steps outside to take care of something, the host/hostess or waiter/waitress should not chase after them and ask, “Are you coming back?!” The answer to that question should obviously be yes. I made reservations on OpenTable - why would I walk out after ordering and not come back? What does that type of presumption say about me and my guest who is sitting back at the table? I have more questions than answers from the experience.

   Fantastic… We were here for a 24 year anniversary and the atmosphere was fantastic. Just perfect for what I was looking for. The service was outstanding. Our waiter was prompt. The ambience was perfect. Thank you.
