We recently dined at Fischer Restaurant and were disappointed with the poor service throughout our visit. The staff seemed disorganised, often standing around without knowing what to do while we waited for basic items like a breadbasket and butter. Despite standing next to the staff, our requests were not promptly addressed. The butter served was definitely off. Additionally, dishes weren’t collected in a timely manner, leaving our table cluttered. The service felt inattentive and uncoordinated, detracting from our overall dining experience.
When the food finally arrived, it was delivered without any interaction from the waiter, who merely dropped the plates on our table. To make matters worse, our dishes were mixed up, and we had to switch plates because we were served each other’s food. This lack of attention to detail and interaction made the experience feel impersonal and frustrating. While the food itself was decent, the disorganization and inattentiveness of the staff overshadowed our meal, leaving us with a less-than-satisfactory impression of Fischer Restaurant.
