FlameStone American Grill is a casually sophisticated American Grill that places an emphasis on cooking with nature’s most basic elements: Fire & Stone. Our passion is to serve highly flavored food with the highest quality service possible. We use natural cooking techniques such as grilling over an open fire or preparing our guacamole using lava stone, to give our food exceptional flavor and taste.

Starters such as Tableside Guacamole or Stone Oven Flat Breads make your first choice a tough one. FlameStone’s Tableside Guacamole is an experience that is unlike any guacamole you have ever tasted. Made tableside using a traditional Molcajete, we only use Haas Avocados and the freshest ingredients possible. It is truly amazing.

If a great steak is your weakness, you’ll love our steaks. At FlameStone we grill our steaks over an open flame and only use Stock Yards Chicago Angus Beef that is 28 day aged and that are hand cut on premises.

    Our visit was on New Year's Eve evening. We were treated great by the staff and seated within a few minutes of our reservation time. A special note with regard to our server Cory who did a terrific job under trying circumstances.

    Do not go to this restaurant if you are looking for good service. After being seated twenty minutes after our scheduled reservation it took our server another twenty minutes to acknowledge us. We ordered two drinks to start. After another twenty minutes and not receiving our drinks, I complained to the manager. We finally received our drinks 10 minutes later. We then ordered an appetizer. After thirty minutes the appetizer was still not delivered to our table. Being very frustrated at this point we decided to leave. Before leaving we spoke to the manager again to complain about the horrible service. I was stunned at his response to me. He told me that if I had a complaint then talk to the corporate office about it, and don't bother him because he was busy. This is a restaurant where you are going to spend a couple hundred dollars for two people to have a meal. It should be expected that when you are going to spend that much money the service would be good. It was everything but. It will be a long time if ever before I every return to this restaurant.

    You never know how the food or service are going to be on NYE. Flamestone did a great job. Great NYE experience.

    dined on december 31st.the food is very good.but beware.service is lousy.had to wait 20 minutes for a table with reservations,when i was finally seated.waited 10 minutes for server to approach me.had to wait 7 minutes for ice tea.had to ask for sugar he did not bring with ice tea.main meal normal wait time considering holiday.dessert had to ask server considering i had already ordered.then waited another 10 minutes after asking.if u do not mind lousy service.this is the place to eat.

    Our dinner was delicious and prepared to perfection. Adam our waiter was very attentive and gracious. We also had an issue with a gift card that was deleted from our email and the manager couldn't have been more accomdating by taking time out during the crazy busy night (New Yeaar's Eve) to print a copy for us to use towards the bill. Thank you Flamestone staff for an amazing dinner.

    We live 3 miles from this restaurant. It is our “go to” for a good sit down meal that’s affordable with good service and good food.

    Food was excellent and we had a wonderful server! Can’t think of one improvement needed - it was a perfect New Year’s Eve dinner!
