Fleet Landing Restaurant & Bar is Charleston's Best Waterfront Dining with a focus on local and sustainable produce and seafood. Housed in a 1940s retired naval building on the east side of the Charleston peninsula, Fleet Landing features a fusion of classic and contemporary Southern seafood fare in a setting that celebrates the area's waterfront heritage.

We take reservations and invite you to make them as far in advance as possible, as they fill up weeks in advance. We always invite walk-ins to join the waitlist when you arrive. If there is no availability on OpenTable, we are fully committed for reservations, and you are invited to join the waitlist when you arrive. For groups of 5-10, please give us a call at 843.722.8100. Larger groups are usually booked several weeks in advance. The largest group that we are able to accommodate is 10 guests. Please note, we do require your full party to be in the building in order to be seated at your table.

    Preferred parking is in the flat lot to the left of our building, located in front of the Cruise Terminal at 196 Concord Street, and parking is $5 for guests dining at Fleet Landing (credit card only). The lot is accessible via the sidewalk and our boardwalk. Parking is also available in the city garage across the street and several parking meters on the street. The rate is $2/hr, but parking in either the garage or at a meter is free with a handicapped placard.

    The Downtown Area Shuttle Waterfront loop runs from Waterfront Park (half a block away from the restaurant) to the Aquarium and the visitor's center every 40 minutes from 9:20-6:00.

    Fleet Landing in Charleston never disappoints! The Bloody Mary was absolutely delicious, perfectly spiced and refreshing. We tried the crab cake, fried green tomatoes, and calamari, and all three were amazing—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The service was fantastic, with a friendly and attentive staff who made our visit even more enjoyable. And, of course, you cannot beat that stunning waterfront view. This is one of our favorite spots in Charleston, and we cannot wait to come back!

    Overall the location and facility is very good, however the food is not much to brag about. Our artichoke and spinach dip had no taste and the chips were all broken in small pieces , bottom of the bag. The she crab soup was very bland and no crab meat in broth. The seafood gumbo was outstanding, the best I ever had. We chose salad for entree and added shrimp, the salad was good but the shrimp were terrible, no taste and very rubbery. We will probably not go back

    I’ll be honest, I’ve always avoided this place because of its location near the port and it seemed full of tourists. The food was fairly priced, fresh, well prepared, presented and spiced. Get the Hushpuppies! .every thing we ordered was delicious!! Our waiter was kind, patient, and adorable!

    Male hostess was rude. He was condescending and would not seat 3 of our party of 4 until person parking car got inside.

    Wonderful time at the Raw Bar! Fun interactive experience, sampling a few new things. Fish Dip was yummy. Kathleen and Lucas take grea care of you and are entertaining to watch.

    Lunch was delicious. The butter beans were exceptional!! I am going to look to replicate. Fish was perfect. Drinks were delicious. We always enjoy lunch with you.
