First of all, our server, Tim, was fantastic. Even though he was very busy with a lot of tables, he never seemed rushed. Outstanding service and a very nice young man. Also, steaks were cooked perfectly. Can’t say enough about experience. PLUS, while there was a full crowd, the noise level was not ear piercing like other restaurants. We could actually talk and hear each other without screaming! Overall, a wonderful Xmas Eve dinner.

Normally we love Flemings. Always great food with amazing service. However, for Christmas Eve the service was lacking and our steaks were only slightly warm by the time they were delivered to the table and not served on hot plates. The food still tasted good but was a disappointing experience. I am sure we will return, but on a non-crowded night.

The blueberry lemon drop was okay, & the caramel martini was good. The rice was bland and cold in parts, though the salmon was okay. The bread pudding was cold, & the replacement was the same. The server seemed rushed toward the end

Did not feel like a birthday experience. Til a table picture but the worker went home therefore, we couldn’t get the printed copy. Also, had to ask for a birthday candle with dessert. Which it looked like it was a slow night. Just wish I got a better birthday experience. People talk so highly upon this restaurant.

It was a great night. The food was absolutely delicious as it always is. The service was very good. We started with a very pleasant young lady with a beautiful smile, Alanna, such a sweet young lady, midway Nikkia took over and was absolutely outstanding!! She took care of every single thing we needed or could have thought we needed. And now I do believe my new favorite drink is the blueberry lemonade drop, it was made to perfection.

There were only three tables eating in the entire restaurant at lunch and it took and hour to receive our food.
