We come here when in Charlotte a lot. We got the Dry Aged Ribeye and petite sirloin with Brussels and loaded potatoes! It was all delicious. We also got the creme brûlée and chocolate lava cake for desert.

Fleming’s has never dissapointed over many years of visits. I love how consistent they are no matter what city/state they are located. Whether it’s for special ocassions or just having a nice time with friends, I’ve always enjoyed their top notch food and service. Last night was no exception for our anniversary. The food was really delicious. (See attached photos). Everything was cooked to perfection. Our waitress Alexis was amazing, very courteous, professional and friendly and made us feel very valued. In summary we’d highly recommend Fleming’s and we plan to be back!

My filet was rare to the point of blue but had a nice char on the exterior...it was melt in your mouth delicious!

I was really looking forward to this dinner, but was truly disappointed in the evening. Oysters were absolutely horrible - dried out and tiny, and for the money, a true disappointment. My ribeye was overcooked and very fatty - and my granddaugher's lobster tail was marginal at best. Service was adequate but nothing more, and the waiter was MIA for much of the meal. Drinks took forever and there was nobody in the restaurant - bill was almost $800 for 5 of us - and I'd say value was more like $200. Maybe a bad night for the chef, but would not return.

Overall was good. When we first arrived at 8:00 it was empty and the server was very prompt but about an hour later it got busy and the service started getting slow. Pet peeve of mine is that I have to wave down a different server to get my check after waiting and that’s what happened here.

The food was ok, nothing exceptional. I don’t have anything negative other than it was just ok. I am comparing them to other fine dining places that I have visited and based off of that Fleming's for me was a 3 overall.
