Two filets served were the but ends w gristle. The dry aged rib eye was small and too many parts were gristle too. The side portions were small than before. Server was prompt and attentive.

Excellent food, service. I ordered an item and realized it was not prepared to my liking (my fault). They brought me out the corrected item quickly and PERFECT!! Great service!!

Service was not great. The lava cake was not warm enough at the end. The server told us it would take over 45 minutes to get a lava cake and recommended against it. We said we would wait. It took 25 minutes to come out. I don’t think he was being truthful about the timing. He could have told us when we sat down about the long wait time and we would have put the lava cake order in way in advance.

The waiter forgot to give us the special menu. We had to ask again. When we received our tomahawk. I waited for about 10 mins before asking another waiter for my sides and steak topping. The steak my guest ordered was overcooked but we waited so long she didn’t want to send it back

The food was generally well prepared. Steaks were served as ordered. Service was not on par with the quality we have come to know at Flemings. We had spotty service with poor follow through when something was asked for. I’m thinking that they are understaffed. However, at $150 per person all in, my expectation is for more attentive service. Water was not refilled when empty, condiments were very late to the table, dessert was unusually delayed. We were there 3 hours for a meal that should easily be served in 2.
