What an incredible experience we had dining at this restaurant! From start to finish, everything was perfect, making it an unforgettable Christmas dinner with the family. Our waiter, Josh, was absolutely phenomenal—attentive, friendly, and truly passionate about ensuring we had a great time. His warm smile and thoughtful service elevated the entire evening. The food was nothing short of amazing. Every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. It was clear that a lot of care and skill went into every plate. On top of that, the restaurant’s festive ambiance and genuine hospitality made us feel like part of the family. Dining here on Christmas was the perfect way to celebrate, and it truly set the tone for a magical holiday. I couldn’t imagine a better way to end the night. Highly recommended!

This is one of my favorite restaurants, and they never fail to provide excellent service and super cuisine. I highly recommend.

We book our Christmas Eve dinner every year using Open Table at Ed’z. This year our large group was ready to eat earlier than our reservation. Arrangements were made to have a table ready for us 15 minutes early. Thank you Ed’z. Atmosphere is always fun, food is great. We had mussels, meatloaf, ribs, salad and a few appetizers. All delicious. Service was great as well. Portion sizes are large and prices are reasonable. We will be back next year. Thank you!!

This place is solid. Caviar special was very good. Parpadelle & brussel sprouts are excellent.

Thanksgiving at Gas House was spectacular! We ordered buffalo carpaccio and elk tidbits as our appetizers. For my entree I had the honey wasabi crusted baked oysters which were to die for. I also had a crab cake and tried a jackelope sausage which was a highlight of the night. I love the ambiance of this place- lots of animal head hanging on walls along with license plates scattered along the walls in building. The service is always great! I can’t wait to come back and try more game meat and seafood!
