The creole tomato tart appetizer was incredible and seasoned to perfection, but the eggs hussarde stole the show, with its subtle yet complex marchand de vin sauce. My wife got the redfish that was very good and I got the chicken Parmesan which is a classic but they nailed it. For desert we had the chocolate torte and a cheesecake both were great.
