Executive Chef Derek Dollar serves “New Southern” cuisine that utilizes fresh, local ingredients to create regionally inspired comfort food with bold flavors that are artistically presented in a relaxed and friendly environment.     A lunch date to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary while finishing up some Christmas shopping at Avalon. As always, the food was amazing and our server, Sasha, was incredible!

    Service: Exceptional! The hostess was friendly, our table was always cleared in a timely manner, and our server Curtis was the best! He had a great attitude, knowledgeable about the menu, and all his suggestions were on point. Ask for Curtis he will take good care of you! Food: Delicious-the seafood platter, house salad, bread pudding, beignets, French 75. All were perfect. Atmosphere: we went on a Saturday night during holiday season- vibe was festive, live music, bar area was jumping- We were seated in a nice section with other date nite couples. Also a nice patio w/ heaters. We live in EAV with lots of great food choices but we’ve decided this place is worth the drive to Alpharetta. Make sure to reserve your table in advance- and ask for Curtis!
