This is the first time my friends have been to this restaurant. We got there a little early and they sat us right away. Our server was absolutely amazing and was on top of it the whole time. We ordered appetizers and food and every single person enjoyed it and said how amazing the food was. For dinner for five people, the price was not bad. They even gave us two little plates for both our birthdays, which was very nice. When I go back there again, absolutely!

Our attendant Ryan provided above average and articulated attention. I will look for him when I go back to Francesca's.

My husband who is gluten free order GF bread. The manager brought a pizza crust to the table cut in wedges for additional $5. Then he ordered GF pork chop dish. It came to table without the polenta?! Just chop, peppers and gravy. When we asked the manager where the polenta was .. he said it was not GF. But y put on your menu as GF and then not put on plate?! He brought what he thought would b substitute ( never asked) spinach with a lemon ??!!! Never going back. Live closer to PP Francesca’s they would never have treated a customer this way!

The service was impeccable. Friendly, knowledgable, happy - they bought us shots of limoncello for my husband's birthday.

Overall, this location of Francesca's is consistently excellent. The service, food, and ambience are perfect. I had the roasted beets appetizer and chicken Romano that were fabulous, the sauces were exceptional. My wife had a perfectly cooked tilapia.We had the carrot cake for dessert with sour cream gelato that deliciously complimented the sweetness of the cake. My only concern was the overall cost, we've been here many times and it seems like the prices have gone up more than I expected. I know prices have gone up everywhere but I did have a mild sticker shock

Everything was great! Service, atmosphere and food! We had salads with salmon, risotto with Italian sausage and asparagus with blue cheese.

We had an awesome experience. The cocktails were perfectly made, the food was fantastic, the staff were professional and attentive and lastly, I’m not sure if it was the manager or not but he brought us two glasses of complimentary champagne because he said we looked like we were having a great conversation - we were and we were grateful.
